Social work is a voluntarily and profession concerned with helping individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance their individual and collective well-being. It aims to help people develop their skills and their ability to use their resources and those of the community to resolve problems. Social work is concerned with individual and personal problems but also with broader social issues such as poverty, unemployment, and domestic violence, remoteness, lake of basic facilities, we focus on real poor families and Himalayas remote area of Nepal.

There are some broad ethical principles of Amazing Nepal Journey that inform social work practice, they are both prescriptive and proscription, and are based on some core values as below:

• 2.            Dignity and worth of the person — treat people with care and respect, be sensitive to cultural and ethnic diversity, and promote individuals socially responsible self determination-
• 3.            Importance of human relationships — maintain positive client relationships because they play a vital role in driving  positive change, and engage with people as partners who empower them through the helping process -
• 4.            Competence — practice and build expertise as a social worker, and continually seek to enhance and contribute professional knowledge and skills in the ruler area in Nepal-
• 5.            Individual - Community - Traditional and Modern Well Educational Skill improvement for Quality of Lives in Mountain village -
• 6.            Administration — planning and managing social work programs, providing operations management support, and administrating case management services to the local area.
• 7.            Main focus on Educational Improvement with Health Care Awareness - Hygienic Training and Practicing on real Life of Rural Mountain Zone.
• 8.            Fund Raising regarding the  Building the Construction - Providing Educational Materials - Health Hygienic  Medicine -  Scholarships for gentle student - financial supporting for poor family and student.

                Since a long time we are involving regarding Social work in Himalaya specially In R

apcha south belt  , Solukhumbu , Everest Region in Nepal. We are supporting to developing the various sector of Local people , specially education  and health sector work together with Local people. Even though we are directly participating to develop social awareness, providing training to the teachers, young people to develop their specialist export skill to avoid the poverty and preserving  cultural phenomena, growth and marketing with local organic foods, hygienic sanitarians . During the natural disaster such as pandemic period support local people , providing free health service , distribution medicine , and earthquake period We have build class room building school, boys and girls hostel building and running now at Shree Basakhali Secondary school, Kindergarten building build and still running yet . Every year we are distributing educational materials such pen, pencil, books, computer, some play things etc.

 We are providing teachers training for developing teaching new skills and applying in the class room their authentic teaching methods. Some individual student gets scholarship for higher education from the poor family.  Some national and International our friends volunteer act  working with local people still and some indirectly supporting the local people to improvement social live in Mountain zone where really needed your support to them throughout the Himalayan remote area.

Ours friendship directly hand to hand through out the world such as Austria, German, Italy, UK, America  Japan for develop the live hood of Himalayan marginal live .
